The Irish Guitar Quartet (IGQ) is one of Ireland’s most exciting music ensembles, performing a wide range of music from Baroque to Contemporary fusion. Utilising the wonderful versatility of the instrument to create textures and ambience, the IGQ have left nation-wide audiences spellbound.

Join the IGQ in Vertigo on Friday September 20th as they hunt for Opals in Australia, take shelter from a storm in a Cuban Landscape, and dance the Habanera in Spain – all conveyed through the magic of the guitar!

The Programme includes Opals by Phillip Houghton, Carmen Suite by Georges Bizet and Boccherini’s famous Fandango.

Forthcoming concerts include the National Concert Hall International Guitar Series in 2020.
