Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, Writer and Performer Kevin McCormack, has submitted four original pieces from a collection written and recorded over the course of this spring and summer.  The third piece, ‘If This Time’, written during lockdown, has gained Kevin an international following – with requests coming from as far afield as South Africa, Australia, America and India for permission to include the piece in a wide variety of publications. The fourth piece, ‘To Be a Man’ which is the most recently penned of this selection, carries a message to the men who are still journeying, and the men who have arrived.
