First Cut Youth Film Festival, (FCYFF), is an exciting event taking place annually in Youghal. The 2024 festival will take place March 4-9.

Cork Young Filmmakers, (CYF) is a programme managed and presented by Cork Film Centre with year-round workshops available for 14–18-year-olds.

Workshops and festival events take place with the support of Cork County Council, The Arts Council, Youghal Credit Union, SECAD, Fis Éireann, CETB, Creative Ireland, Cork Credit Unions, CLEYP and Youghal local businesses.
