Local author, artist and ecologist Kevin Corcoran will bring his enthusiasm of our local landscape to Dunmanway Library on Culture night with an illustrated lecture about the Gearagh near Macroom, titled, The Gearagh Past, Present and Future: An illustrated talk on the future fate of Western Europe’s last intact stand of primeval alluvial rainforest, as Cork’s first National Park” .

Dunmanway library’s windows will also display a local history exhibition for Culture Night.
